Privacy

What we do not do

There is no account system. You cannot register, and you are never asked for an email address, a phone number, or any identifying information.

There is no analytics or third-party tracking script anywhere on the site, and no third-party advertising.

No record of your games and no personal data is kept on our servers.

What is kept in your browser

One cookie that remembers your interface language (NEXT_LOCALE). It holds a language code and nothing else.

A few game preferences, such as board size and AI difficulty, kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are never transmitted.

Clearing your browser data removes both, with no effect on how the site works.

Games and the AI

Every AI engine runs inside your browser. Moves, undos, reviews, and master hints are all computed on your own device. Your games are never uploaded, and we have no way to see them.

The first time you open a game, the engine and its neural network weights are downloaded from this site — the same one-way fetch as any image on a page.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served from Cloudflare's edge network. As with any website, responding to a request produces ordinary technical logs — request time, IP address, user agent — which exist to keep the service available and secure. We do not connect those records to any identity, and we do not use them for analytics or profiling.
