Corrections

Rules and historical detail are easy to get wrong. If you find a mistake, we would genuinely like to hear about it.

What we want to hear about

A rule that contradicts its authoritative source; a game page whose behaviour differs from the rules as written; a historical claim that is misattributed or presented as fact when it is legend; a description of regional variation that omits an important version; a name or term that does not match established usage for that game.

What we do about it

Confirmed errors are corrected in the text, and the page's last-updated date moves with them. Where the issue affects how a game is adjudicated, the implementation is changed as well — we will not leave the article and the AI telling different stories.

If the problem turns out to be that the game itself has several versions, we do not simply swap one claim for another. We describe the disagreement under "On rule variations".
